This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on [luminite.life] (the “Site”) by ELISA MOTTA (“I,” “me,” or “my”). It covers the shipment of all goods, including self-operated products, returns, and exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Pre-order or custom items will specify a separate timeline on the product page (e.g., “Ships in 7 days”).
3. Shipping Destinations & Methods
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Free standard shipping on orders over **$50**. Orders below $50 incur a flat fee of $5.95.
Remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii) may require extended delivery times and/or additional surcharges, displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
Currently available to select countries. Unavailable regions are listed at checkout.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customs/Taxes: Buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipment.
International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs).
Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are beyond my control.

Defective/wrong items shipped by me: I cover return shipping and reshipment costs.
Customer-initiated returns (e.g., size change) within 7 days of receipt:
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refused/undeliverable packages due to incorrect address: Customer bears return shipping costs.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership and risk of loss for items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Prohibited Items
I comply with all carrier restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials, liquids). Buyers must ensure ordered items are legal in their country.
