  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (due to our error).

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).

  • Personal care items.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. The Return Process (How to Initiate a Return)

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Your name and shipping address.

  • Photos of the product (especially if it is defective or damaged).

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed return instructions and the shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved Refunds:​ Will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time:​ Please allow up to 7 business days​ for the refund to be processed after we receive the return. The time it appears on your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:​ If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@luminite.life.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility:​ Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Recommendation:​ We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
